Hi BOJEST Friends around the world,

It's been two months (Beginning 2 Aug 2004) and the Hull is ready now for fiberglassing. I would never try again to build the Bowsection in 10mm hard Mahaghoni ply, it was not possible to bend even with heat and water. In the end we lamminated it with 3 layers of 3mm Mahaghoni/Epoxy. If I would build another one I would cover the whole hull with this system and it would be finished in one week!

Also, I forgot 3 stainless steel screws in the place of the shaft hole. This is a tricky thing to drill trough!! We solved it with a heavy Hilti Concrete drilling machine from a building company!

Now we start with the tricky part of clear high gloss varnish surface with one layer of fine glass inside... without bubbles... without anything else... and this in Oktober in a not very well heated boatbuilding garage.
