I finally got the paint done just went a little crazy with the air brush. I guess I am still stuck in the 60's 70's painting style. The base coat is white urethane and I laid out a flame design with 1/8'' tape on half the boat. With tracing paper I transferred the pattern to the other side. I sprayed black and metallic blue and then shot it with clear.
