A closer look at the pudding & whiskers.

The "Carrie Lou" ready to launch.

I christen you the "Carrie Lou."

She Floats!!

Pushing some water. Trim came out right on...very slightly
down by stern when empty, level with the captain in it.

This little boat attracts kids of all ages!

It trims great with two heavyweights onboard.

There's that bridge we need to go under...tested
today...no problem.

OK, ok....we admittedly overloaded it to see what its limits
were, and were surprised by the extra buoyancy provided by
the fantail stern. Down by the stern by a bit, but it handled
just fine.

Final assessment: If anyone wants to know if the Tubby Tug
is worth building....here is the answer, in the faces of
young and old alike.........

What a great little boat...people come all the way across the
lake just to see what it is! Everyone loves it!
Thanks for a great design and great set of plans!
