I've gotten the interior build-out pretty much done. I have a 12 gal. fuel tank under the passenger seat and there is no way it is coming out without a sawzall. I bought a couple of 45 degree angles in 1 1/2" tubing and welded them up for the fuel filler. I will need to make an armrest for the passenger seat to hide the filler neck. It will work out well as I will need an armrest for the captain to hide the controller, so they will balance out. The sub-deck, as shown, is 6mm plywood, I'm in the process of resawing honduran mohagany to overlay it. It will be bookmatched, hopefully. The motor well will be painted out to match the teal hull. I'm waiting for the anilin dye for the top deck and interior to show up, dark walnut outer with colonial red mohagany field and interior. I'm using anilin dye as it is compatible with epoxy and automotive clear coat. Carpeting has been ordered. Now all I need is more time. Where can I order that?

I got all the top decking resawn and bookmatched, the sub deck needs to be faired in a spot or 2 so that everything lays down smoothly. I'm not looking forward to all those bungs that I need to cut and install. There is some variation in the mohagany, that hopefully will be taken care of with the anilin dye.
It's tough finding enough matching wood anymore. I'm going to trial fit the engine to the transom before I deck the back end, just in case I screwed up and don't have the necessary clearances. That way I can hide any of my modifications.
