Boom biscuited and glued and clamped.
This is the section next to the mast note I sandwiched a piece of oak in for a base for the rail.
This is after the nerve racking time of masuring where to cut about 10 times then cutting the 1/4" slot for the sail bolt rope, Using a datto blade.
pretty good shot of the PVC insert I but in the boom for the sail. That was a pain but I think it will be worth it in the long run by not snaging.
