glen-l, I have finished my boat and took the motor in to get it set up and ready to go. Put it in the water for the first time on Sunday the 25th. It worked great! had my wife son and two grand kids. Boat planed and rode very well. Only casualty was one of the exterior trim pieces came apart at the scarf joint that I put in it near the bow (too tight a bend there). I have had a great time building this project. I have gotten many compliments on the design of the boat. Thank you for the great plans.
