This is the same procedure being done on the mast for the Eight Ball-SG. Here Allyn is putting the polyethylene film layer on.

Resin is applied as loth is wrapped around the form. Cloth becomes transparent as it is wet out.

Here the mast tube has been filleted in place and reinforced with fiberglass tape.

Both mast tube and daggerboard trunk are filleted in place in this Eight Ball-SG.
