Scootin' through the water. I don't know how fast we were going, but
it was a helluva lot of fun.
The engine performed wonderfully. With the engine, a full tank of gas and two
batteries in the back, the boat herself rides a little high in the front. This
caused a bit of porpoising if too many people congregated aft. A couple of
sandbags for ballast under the forward bunks should take care of that.
