Centerboard trunk fiberglassed and assembled with frame 3 blocking and shaft fitted. All carriage bolt holes wood plugged and sanded smooth. 2 inch thick bed logs of Spanish Cedar. All stainless with bronze screws. Brazilian mahogany marine plywood all. Transom parts cut but not assembled. Some wood also. Stem and breasthook assembled and ready. Have a few stainless screws. Frames built from Spanish Cedar, lighter but with good E modulus so made 20% stronger using 1 3/4" material on all frames. About a month of off and on work, my cost $CDN3000 so will sell for $4000. In Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. |
