Just make sure the plate above the prop (we used to call it the "cavitation plate", but it's more properly called an "anti-aeration plate") is at about the same height as the boat bottom. Lower, and you'll get faster planing but less efficient cruising, higher and there will be less drag and beter fuel economy, but it'll be harder to get up on plane. I'm guessing, for your rig, you might want to make it exactly even.
Be careful when measuring that the engine trim is neutral, or the height will be wrong.
