For a long time I've overlooked japanese razor saws (aka - pullsaws) in favor of traditional saws. While visiting a wooden boat school this past summer I watched students and teachers making great cuts with these pullsaws so I purchased one. Now I have a few of them and do all sorts of cuts, even plank shaping when the plywood is thin enough to cause "chatter" with an electric jigsaw. Sort of wonder how I did without them now. - Mark
