I use Ebay quite a bit. The worst I had was a part that I didnt ask questions about, and another was slow shipping. I never got outright ripped off. I do believe the feedback is useful. I dont deal with a seller under 95% positive feedback. It is good to use a credit card then you got a paper trail you can fallback on if you get shafted. I use postal money orders also and have not been screwed, knock-on-wood.
