It took me about 15 minutes to modify the West System pumps to fit the Glen L cans. The pumps screw or snap/pop apart (depending on whether they are the old white tops or the newer yellow topped pumps.
To me, pumps are the only way to go. No mess, accurate measuring. You do have to remember to remove air bubbles after sitting a few weeks.
