My advice is to update all the camper plans to something more modern both in building technique and design. You'd sell a million. Also a more modern houseboat design in the 30 foot range, trailerable, updated Delta-q? I'm on several lists that are looking for a good houseboat design, thats big enough for living full-time and trailerable. Best,
