As for the frame, you can design it yourself. Pieces are rectangular with a "rabbett" cut deep enough to accomodate the glazing and a retainer made of the same wood. You need a rabbett inside a rabbett: mill one just big enough for the retainer, then another for the glazing. Joints should be all mortise & tenon. It's a lot of joinerwork! If you ever watch Norm Abrams, you pretty much know the techniques. I've never tried it, but I would think that for a curved frame, you'd cut the pieces straight and then steam bend them.
