Dominik, some props are made for lifting and some props are made for digging in, one prop may push you bow up and another one may push it down!! try a different prop, before you go gluing on your hull, try all the simple things first, but, yes the trailing edge where the transom and the bottom meet needs to be reasonable sharp, or NOT round !!
