I've done a quite a bit of reading on wooden boat construction. G&B marine railway owners state that there are no good wooden boats for sale. If it is a wooden boat and its for sale there is probably something wrong with it unless it is a new boat. For certain they state that you should have a marine survey done on the vessel.
