Most important is frame & axle not too rusted. Galvanized is a huge plus. Everything else can be replaced, but the costs of new springs, fenders, bearings, tires etc may add up to the cost of a trailer in good condition! Don't expect the lights to be good, figure on replacing all the wiring anyway.
