I agree that the support of your parents is key. wihtout that I am not certain that this is a good idea. Also the Pee Wee is small and you will out grow it. I suggest building the biggest boat that you have room to build, the capabilities to build, and funding to complete. building a boat takes a long time and you will keep it for many years. build something that will suit your boating needs in the future when you have friends and family that all want to join you for a ride.
