Ugly.
Unstable.
Uncomfortable.

Sorry, couldn't resist! If you don't mind the appearance, I'd still worry about stability. A tiny box like that will react to your every motion and to every little wave. You'll find yourself struggling just to stay upright! Ever try to stand up on a small inflatable raft? They're only stable when you're lieing down!
It might be a fun toy for kids to play with in shallow water, as long as there are no sharp protrusions which could cause injury.
The boat appears to be just a block of foam, I'm gonna guess styrofoam, covered with fiberglass and no attempt to give it a decent finish. He's no craftsman! I'm guessing he built the one for himself and decided to try to market it.
If you like that sort of boat, look into Chesapeake Bay "Sneak Boxes". I think Glen-L may even have one - I'll let you check it out!
