It looks as if that "waterbug" project started out as a floating lawn chair for a pool or something. It appears that fishing might be your passion... I think I would check out Bass Pro shops and buy a good pair of waders... even the floating tube type... would far exceed the apparent quality that goes into that "boat"... how can he call that a boat? Maybe there is alot more to it than the pictures indicate... but somehow I doubt that !! Good luck.
