Can a boat designed for a mid-engine inboard be adapted to use a sterndrive, or would that totally mess up the balance/trim? Specifically, I'm thinking about the Mist Miss design, but the inboard is not practical for where/how I would use it, as well as how I would plan to arrange the cockpit, etc. Has anyone done anything like this?
