Contemplating building a squirt. Want it too look like a wooden boat. Does marine grade plywood have a "handsome" grain? And would I saturate with CPES, then coat it with "clear" epoxy, then varnish/Stain? Maybe I have to buy a book on finishing/protecting a wooden boat. Thanks. (Then again I am getting pretty good at this paint gig)
