My two boys, ages 15 and 13 built the TNT last year with a little (lot) help from myself. The boat is well designed, and fairly simple to construct. As for performance the TNT is great in all aspects, and even my daughter who is almost twelve, can handle the boat with ease.
The boat is powered by a 25 hp Mercury, which I find to be just right, although the boat could easly handle an additional 10hp.
I would suggest the check-out the photo library contained at this Web site, as both the TNT, and Suirt are great boats, you may use style as the deciding factor.
