Years ago I built one for a tournament skiboat. I "cheated" and bought the welded aluminum brackets at not too high a cost, and built the teak platform on them. That's going to be the easiest approach, and still allows you to tailor the fit. Sorry, I don't recall where I got them, you'll have to search. I expect they're available.
