I believe that Teleflex will actually sell you the hub to build a wooden spoked wheel... I assume you are talkng about an old fashioned ships wheel. I have the plans somewhere that I found in an old edition of wooden boat, it details how to custom build the wheel...are you planning on turning your own spokes etc?
