Hi,
I finished building my Glen-L 14 about 5 years ago. I have used the boat so much that I am in the process of replacing the rails at this time.
I can't remember the specifics of building this boat since I have built two more boats since (the latest was a 20' cedar strip canoe). I can tell you that haste and impatience are your biggest enemies. You have to keep at it but don't set an unrealistic goal that makes you rush the job.
The first time you launch her and people come up to you and ask if you built her becuase she is such a beautiful boat it will be worth the effort.
