- BY INTERNET: Orders can be placed on our web site either through our Secure
Order Form or by email. By email: Transmit your charge card number and
expiration date, along with your order and shipping address. Web address:

- PHONE: Call 562-630-6259, 8:30 to 5:00 Pacific time, Monday through
Friday. Have your Mastercard, VISA, Discover, or American Express card number
and expiration date handy.
- BY FAX: Transmit your charge card number and expiration date, along with
your order and shipping address. FAX number: 562-630-6280, 24 hours a
day.
- BY MAIL:
1. Use a copy of the On-Line Order Form or any plain piece of paper
to place your order.
2. Print your name and address clearly and legibly.
3. List the items you want along with any pertinent information.
4. California residents add sales tax (your local rate).
5. Enclose payment in form of money order, cashier's check, personal check,
or use your VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER giving the account number and
expiration date (a "must").
NOTE: All orders must be made payable in US funds, drawn on a US
bank.

- DELIVERY: Orders are normally shipped from stock WITHIN 24 HOURS of
receipt. You will be promptly notified if there will be a delay. We do not
accept COD orders.
Shipping Information
ORDERS TO THE US: PLANS & PATTERNS are sent
by the most "economical" method, POST PAID to any point in the US or its possessions. This type of service is sometimes "leisurely".
Therefore, we highly advise the use of our AIR/PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE (add
$2.00).
CANADA & MEXICO: Add $3.00 for shipping.
ORDERS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA and US Posessions: Add $10.00 for the first set, $5.00 for each additional set.

Since we guarantee a new, fresh set of plans and patterns to each customer,
we cannot accept returns or exchanges on plans and patterns, unless there is a
shipping error. Therefore, please take care in selecting the design you desire.
