The completed trailer frame, ready to receive the floor and subsequent structure.


The 5/8" floor panels are bolted to the trailer frame as shown in the plans. The edges and underside of the floor plywood is sealed and painted before installation.


A router equipped with a panel bit is easiest to use for cutting out the various openings in the side walls after the interior paneling is applied.

Most of the walls and partitions have been erected. Jackstands at the rear of the trailer have been used to keep the trailer stable during construction.
