You have the general concept. I tried to look through my archives this morning but couldn't find my plans. I'm leaving town this afternoon and won't be back before Sunday. If you haven't found something by then, let me know and I'll look again. I do remember there being a drawing of both inner and outer sheers including a cross section with dimensions. I also remember leaving a copy with a carpenter who did the router work for me. I bet Glen-L will send or fax a copy if you call them.
