Sabb engines are made in Norway and thus quite easy to find here. If you want that low rpm sound I could also recommend a Marna gasoline engine. My father has one from 1955 still in full operation. 2 cylinder four stroke side valves. Wonderful sound at full speed (9hp/800rpm). Still in production at Marna Motor. http://www.marna.no/
