I'm going to locate the "permanent" tank in front of the console inside a box with a removable seat. If I make the box and console as 1 piece, I should be able to run the fill hose inside and up the console a bit.
Since the decks and support structures are all in place (but not fastened), this seems like the simplest thing that'll work.
Time to move on. Installing floatation is next.
