Don't they use slings instead of hooks? I can't think of seeing ANY boat with lift eyes that I'd trust. Runabouts typically have a bow eye and transom eyes for trailer tie-down, ski-ropes, towing, etc. I'd never let anyone lift the whole boat with them.
