Is bi-axial cloth good for sheathing a ply boat?

I have read that bi-axial cloth is so much stronger than standard cloth. How about using it for sheathing a plywood hull if it is stronger, and the price is close. Wouldnt the bi-axial be easier to fill the weave for finishing also?
Can someone post the pros & cons of sheathing with this type materiel?
What about a light bi-axial cloth with a veil mat on top, then vacuum bag with a plastic to lay down the resin?
