Yes it could, provided you can find a large enough copy machine, try specialist printing firms, especially those who produce plans for architects.

If you enlarged it on a copy machine then both X and Y dimensions would be enlarged the same amount. You'd get exactly the same boat but bigger! Everything would fit exactly the same. The only thing to watch for, as mentioned in a previous reply, is that the ply panels weren't then too big to be cut from available wood. You'd need to check in advance how big you could go before running into wood size problems, unless you can find a source for "big" sheets of ply. I found a supplier in the UK who can get 5' wide marine ply to special order, expensive though!
