I havent built one of those fast hulls like that, but I must wonder if you can even shoehorn a tranny into that. Crackerbox was originally a racing boat and I believe they merely bolted the propshaft direct to the flywheel as a close coupled, lightweight unit. Please follow up on this I may be wrong, but I think you just light it off and you are going somewhere!!
