I did a test yesterday using a thin roven woven and System Three epoxy. Well, I must say it does look fine. I used an auto body-filler type spreader to squeeze out the air pockets. I'm going to add another coat of epoxy then sand it smooth before applying some varnish. Thanks for the input.
