Just wondering - Is it necessary to use one of those grooved metal rollers to apply the fiberglass cloth to the hull bottom? In the description in the supplies section (of this site) it seems to indicate they are for applying the stranded mat type glass. I bought some of the 7" foam rollers from Glen-L and was hoping those would be sufficient.
