Pourable foam will help it float but won't cure your problem. I'd sure take the time and make the effort to fix the leak and be able to enjoy the boat without worrying about it. If the leak is big enough to keep the bilge pumps (PUMPS ??? MORE THAN 1 ???) "constantly running", I'd say this is a safety concern more than a convenience concern! Even if you are staying in shallower water bad things can happen.
