Just a general comment: whatever you alot for time and money add at least 30 percent as a safety factor. The learning curve alone costs time and the money could easily double if you havent done your homework well to include everything necessary to complete the project....
But do not let that stop you..start the project and you will be compelled to finish it..I am nearing the final stages of a small boat and I know I will want to start on a bigger one once I find out if this thing really does float!
