You are experiencing a rather common problem with higher speed planing hulls. You have one of two defects in your bottom. First there maybe a slight rocker in the bottom. You need a straight and flat bottom from the transom to at least half way forward (depending on design). What I mean is you should be able to hold a straight edge from transom/bottom junction, with the staight edge running aft to stem, without seeing any ripples, rockers, hooks or spaces between the bottom and the straight edge. A rocker means that the bottom curves upward towards the transom. Second you may have a rounded edge at the transom/bottom junction. This needs to be as crisp as possible. These two defects can be "cured" with trim tabs or a hydrofoil(stingray, or whaletail). See Ray Macke's cabin skiff page link on this web site. He had similar problems. Long winded but I hope this can be of some use.
