Dominik....Jim is right about props. The cleaver style prop is more of a surface seeking prop and will cause the bow to run at a lower attitude. Round ear props lift the bow more, the amount of lift will vary with the amount of rake and the blade shape. Your problem will not be cured with a simple prop change, when you are trimmed all the way in and the boat still is to bow high then your easiest and cheapest cure is with a transom wedge. Check out the newer bass boats and you will see that they have built the wedges in their molds so the owners can sand them down to fit their motor prop combinations, along with weight placement the wedges are quick and easy.

: Dominik, some props are made for lifting and some props are made for digging in, one prop may push you bow up and another one may push it down !! try a different prop, before you go gluing on your hull, try all the simple things first, but, yes the trailing edge where the transom and the bottom meet needs to be reasonable sharp, or NOT round !!
