Hello Gayle (spelt the same as my sister over here in Australia!) ;-)
I think you offer a really complete service already, only trouble for me is geographical. You just so far away! :)
If you were to open a branch over here in Aus I think you would find it busy, home boat building is booming and growing all the time.
There are some shops that try to cater for all but they don't come anywhere near Glen-L's range and customer support.
As for more products, well some that come to mind would be instrumentation for power or sail craft, navigation lights and GPS systems, Fish finders, Depth sounders, First Aid kits, PFD's, Paints, Varnishes.
Also it might be worth looking at some of your popular yachts to offer alternative rig and sail combo's.
It's good to see a company asking it's customers what they feel is required or could be improved.
