Termites ate up my acx exterior plywood, but didn't touch the marine plywood. Also, after a heavy rain and sitting out side, I ran out of money to buy wood, so used the marine stuff that had been sitting around a while, it was still good, the acx I left out acted like a sponge and it was swollen and soft, and finally, the acx has lots of airspaces where wood should be and isn't, the marine ply has less voids and is stronger.
