I just have small theoretical knowledge of jets cause I wanted to have one for my Rebel. I found that a jet has a smaller power output than a prop drive. Caused by the tunnel it looses some power. But anyhow, my Rebel with ca. 650 lbs and a 40 hp outboard runns great (not compared to a offshore racer :-)) so your light weight TNT and 60 hp will be a rocket, I'm sure. It's just the question if your boat will be contollable.
