Al, I had the same problem. I resorted to my 9th grade wood shop class memories and used a little bar soap on the threads before putting them in. Afterwards, I had very little trouble getting them out after fitting. And yeah, it took me grinding off the heads of a whole bunch of screws before I remembered it! Bob
