Check your local industiral plastics suppliers. Many will have a "front office" or show room for walk in or cahs sales.
Lexan is GE's trade name for polycarbonate plastic.
My local plastic supplier -Midland Plastics in New Berlin, WI was very helpful. They said they do a lot fo boat anm motorcyle windshields. They like som other suppliers will cut to size, drill, etc. Just ask what services they offer.
