Hi Frank,

I'm not an expert, new in this line (Boat Building). Understand your problem, visited "Rampage" page at GLEN-L Web Site.
Checking the material check list, you are using 1" x 2 1/4" x 20' lumber as a Chine log.

The simple way to try is by jamming at the one of end of Chine log (closer/at the transom) using G clamp or anything.
Tied the other end of Chine log with sufficent length of rope and at the other end of the rope tied up at the non moveable object. Wrapping with cloth or towel at the bending area, pouring Boiling or Hot water over the towel. Give an extra precaution dealing with Boiling water, "Safety First" . Slow and steady tightening the rope, repeat the second process (pouring hot water) until you get the curve desired. Becareful do not thightening your Chine log immedietly with screw to Frames, high tendency to break since the lumber in the "soft" condition.

Hope this will Help
