: To get a sharp edge, round the edge so the cloth can adhere. Build up the rounded edge with a few additional layers of cloth or tape. Grind your ninety degree edge and re-saturate with resin. This should do the trick.

About how sharp a radius would be workable, 1/4, 3/16, or would 1/8 inch radius work?
