I hope when you say that you are mixing in 1 to 1 portions you mean 1 squirt from the resin dispenser to 1 squirt from the catalyst dispenser, and not say, 1 pint resin to 1 pint catalyst. West epoxies are not made to work at 1 to 1 by volume.
